A crystal clear small batch blanco tequila from NOM 1489 but based San Miguel De Allende. Casa Dragones was created by Bertha González Nieves the first woman to be certified as ‘Maestra Tequilera’. This 100% Blue Agave tequila creates its character by a duel barrel aging process in new French Oak and American Oak barrels, each selected for its individual flavour and characteristics. Casa Dragones aim for a pure crisp tequila that can be sipped neat or on the rocks.

The nose: Agave, black pepper, vanilla, mint, citrus.
The Palate: Agave, vanilla, black pepper, mint, grapefruit and flowers.
